Blocks R21 aims to be the best, most innovative, reliable, and user-friendly printer that we have ever produced. With many technical innovations both in terms of hardware and software, questioning the boundaries and pushing forward as we always have.

Pre-sales will end in mid-March with a date to be announced, and printers will start being delivered to customers from June by order.

Full-Body Aluminum Structure and Industrial Grade Components

A sturdy aluminum structure guarantees the strength and durability of your printer and all the components that are part of it.  Every component that is used in our printer passes through strict quality control to ensure that the printer leaves our production line perfect for the user.

 

Interchangeable Hotend

Equipped with an interchangeable hotend system that allows you to easily exchange the hotend without the use of any tools.

The system opens the possibility for you to choose which hotend configuration best suits the job.  You can choose between different nozzle diameters, high temperatures, or component's toughness.

Don't waste time with jams or complicated maintenance, just change the hotend and keep the prints going.  

The print core was developed fully by the Blocks Team.

 

Removable Magnetic Flexible Print Sheet Double-Sided

With the flexible build plate, the experience of removing the part from the plate has never been easier.

The build plate is composed of a smooth side and textured side, allowing you to choose the appearance of the base of the print.

The PEI coating gives a better part adhesion to the plate for a wide range of materials, mostly without the need to use adhesion products.

Using an inductive probe we create a mesh in order to compensate for the smallest imperfections on the bedsheet.  It also compensates for the inconsistencies and tolerances of all the assembled parts.  This leads to perfect first layers in every print with ease.

LCD with Intuitive UI

High Capacitive LCD with an intuitive and well-designed UI that guides you through every feature and functionality of our printer.

It also has a guide to walk you through the maintenance process and the calibration process.  The LCD also has the feature of STL viewer.

Properties

Filament Flow Sensor and Filament Runout Sensor

In order to optimize print quality and filament management, the R21 is equipped with two filament sensors:

1.  One detects the presence of a filament and in cases of breaking or running out, it allows for reloading a new filament for continuous printing.

2.  The second sensor monitors the extrusion flow.  This means that in cases of clogging or a lack of extrusion for any number of reasons, this sensor will activate and allow the user to address the issue.

3.  For a better operating experience, the print head is equipped with an RGB LED which, according to the colors shown, allows the user to know the operating status of the printer.

Dual Gear Direct Drive Extruder

The dual gear direct drive extruder made with an aluminum body and stainless steel gears delivers uninterrupted material flow without fear of grinding or slipping in even the most demanding conditions.

The extruder is able to feed the most demanding materials with high reliability, from slippery nylons to soft TPU/TPE filaments, to highly rigid and carbon-filled and high-strength materials.

Wifi with Octoprint Blocks Plug-In

This allows you to remotely control the printer having the possibility to start, pause, and stop prints, live webcam feed, view gcode viewer, and temperature graphs.

It is also possible to do over the air (OTA) updates and keep your printer updated without the need for cables.

 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Project3DPrinters.com.

Cancellations & Refunds/Returns:

Before accepting a return on a product that isn't functioning as it should, Project 3D Printers reserves the right to exhaust any and all means to resolve and/or repair the malfunction through technical support and replacement parts provided by both the manufacturer and Project 3D Printers.  No return will be accepted without reasonable attempts to resolve the issue(s) first.  All returned products must be returned within 10 days of date of purchase.

Project 3D Printers enforces a strict "No Returns Accepted" policy for opened and/or partially used products, including filament, resin, or any consumable of any size and weight that has been used or opened from its factory and vacuum seal.  Only products and consumables that are unused, and in brand new factory condition are eligible for return to the manufacturer of origin within 10 days of the purchase date.

If a product is found to be non-functional or defective, the product must be returned with its full original contents within 10 days of the delivery date for inspection of the non-functionality.  If the product is found to be defective or non-functional a full-refund will be given, not including return shipping at the customer's expense.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  Buyer is responsible for and pays a 20% restocking of the value of the returned item(s).  Buyer pays all shipping fees for the returned item(s). 

Customs Fees, Tariffs, Duty Fees and Import Taxes:

Only customers are responsible for their local import taxes, tariffs, duty fees and import taxes incurred during shipping.  To know about your customs import duties please contact your local customs office with this details  (HS Code :8477 Product description: 3d printer or 3d printer kit). If the tax amount is high, we can provide assistance to reduce it.

 

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
