The Extreme 3000 PRO is made to deliver 24/7. With the extremely large build volume of 1100x1100x820 mm XYZ it is the perfect fit for industrial applications. With large format 3D printing you have full design freedom and are able to print large parts in one piece. The frame has been designed in a way that you have easy access to the build plate from both sides by removing the side panels. 3 different nozzles diameters, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mm, are included to optimize print quality and time for your specific needs. The machine is fully equipped with features such as a heated bed, filament detection, a battery pack and auto bed leveling.
The Extreme 3000 PRO has an extremely large build volume of 1100x1100x820mm XYZ. This allows you to print full size prototypes, parts, statues in one piece. The build volume of just under 1 m3 is the perfect size for 3D printing industrial applications.
The Extreme 3000 PRO has been designed to print extremely large parts, but you also need to be able to remove the printed parts easily. That is why the machine has removable panels on the left and right side. By removing the panels, you have easy access to remove prints or do any maintenance to the machine if needed.
Despite the large build volume the machine is easy in its use. The large touch display allows you to have full adjustment control over the machine while printing. Large format 3D printing becomes easy and worry free with features such as filament detection and a battery pack when there is a power loss.
The Extreme 3000 PRO comes with 3 different nozzle diameters which allow you to choose the right print quality and time for your specific needs. A 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mm nozzle are included with the purchase. The 0.4 mm nozzle is often used for parts that need to be accurate, the 0.8 mm for printing prototypes within days and 1.2 mm for printing parts within several hours and parts that will be post processed.

The Builder Extreme 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 PRO.
The Builder Extreme PRO range comes with a 12 month warranty period, however, the
extruder is excluded. The complete print head (can fully be taken out of the printer) only comes with a 3 month warranty period (when the Builder Extreme PRO is used with the approved filament delivered by Builder 3D Printers, normal use and service, and without opening the Builder 3D printer) against defective workmanship and material. The warranty of the extruder system will expire immediately when printing materials which are not delivered/recommended by Builder 3D Printers. All other parts are warrantied for 1 year. The glass plate is excluded from the warranty.

Returning purchased items
Builder 3D Printers only accepts returns on a very limited basis. Spare parts and filaments can only be returned within 14 days from invoice date when they are in absolute new condition and when they are not used or opened. The Builder Extreme PRO range cannot be returned after purchasing.
If the Builder Extreme PRO is in need of repair, we will do our best to solve the issue by phone, email or Skype and send you the spare parts to solve the issue. If it is a warranty issue we will send the parts for free. If it is not a warranty issue we will first send you a quotation for approval. Once we have received the payment we will ship the spare parts to you.
Note that we first need to try to repair the faulty products, even when the product is
completely new and just arrived. Sometimes it is necessary to ship the faulty product back to us for repair. Repairs always have priority for us. If the issue cannot be solved by the customer/ reseller, we might send over a technician if it is a warranty issue. The Builder Extreme packaging is especially designed for the Builder Extreme and should always be kept at the location of the customer just in case.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Project3DPrinters.com.
Cancellations & Refunds/Returns:
Before accepting a return on a product that isn't functioning as it should, Project 3D Printers reserves the right to exhaust any and all means to resolve and/or repair the malfunction through technical support and replacement parts provided by both the manufacturer and Project 3D Printers. No return will be accepted without reasonable attempts to resolve the issue(s) first. All returned products must be returned within 10 days of date of purchase.
Project 3D Printers enforces a strict "No Returns Accepted" policy for opened and/or partially used products, including filament, resin, or any consumable of any size and weight that has been used or opened from its factory and vacuum seal. Only products and consumables that are unused, and in brand new factory condition are eligible for return to the manufacturer of origin within 10 days of the purchase date.
If a product is found to be non-functional or defective, the product must be returned with its full original contents within 10 days of the delivery date for inspection of the non-functionality. If the product is found to be defective or non-functional a full-refund will be given, not including return shipping at the customer's expense.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Buyer is responsible for and pays a 20% restocking of the value of the returned item(s). Buyer pays all shipping fees for the returned item(s).
Customs Fees, Tariffs, Duty Fees and Import Taxes:
Only customers are responsible for their local import taxes, tariffs, duty fees and import taxes incurred during shipping. To know about your customs import duties please contact your local customs office with this details (HS Code :8477 Product description: 3d printer or 3d printer kit). If the tax amount is high, we can provide assistance to reduce it.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
