BEAM AIR: THE UNIVERSAL LASER CUTTER FUME EXTRACTOR

Laser cutters are extremely useful, provide a wide range of materials to cut and engrave, as well as being fun! Laser cutters burn through materials in order to produce the wonderful results. This means that in the area of a laser cutter, there can be a distinct smell of the material in the air and even further, particles from the material in use, floating around.

The Beam Air is a universal fume extractor for laser cutters. Whether planning to buy a laser cutter for home, hobby, or business use, the Beam Air can provide the ability to minimize or eliminate a majority of particles and scents of materials in use for almost any laser cutter.

If already using a laser cutter, the strong scents and particles that could be emitted from the laser cut material may be far too familiar. The Beam Air can efficiently solve these problems by using four layers of technologically advanced filters. The Beam Air is essentially a laser cutter ventilation system. BEAM AIR FILTERS

The Beam Air is a fume extractor which uses advanced filter technology in order to maximize the efficiency and results for laser cutters abroad. There are four different filters inside of the Beam Air:

Pre-Filter: This is the first layer of defense! The pre-filter is positioned on the top of the Beam Air, so it is the first filter that will be preventing particles from passing through – coming from the laser cutter which is connected via a tube. Because this filter is the thinnest and the top layer, this filter will need to be replaced after every 10 – 30 hours of use.

Medium Efficiency Filter: Just below the pre-filter, the medium efficiency filter provides a buffer and further filtering out particles which managed to get through the pre-filter. To ensure the Beam Air is eliminating as many particles from passing to the outside environment, this filter will need to be replaced after every 50 – 150 hours of use.

H13 HEPA Filter: The third section of the Beam Air is known as the H13 HEPA Filter and as it is near the center of the Beam Air, it filters out the few remaining particles that may have penetrated past the other two filters. This filter will need to be replaced after every 100 – 200 hours of use.

Activated Charcoal Filter: This is the bottom filter, or final filter, of the Beam Air. Particles have to make it past three other filters to reach this one. This filter can eliminate almost all of the particles at this point, allowing for the Beam Air to be a proficient fume extractor. This long- lasting filter will need to be replaced after every 300 – 600 hours of use.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@Project3DPrinters.com.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged:

Project 3D Printers is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If a customer opts out of Route shipping coverage, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@Project3DPrinters.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds/Returns:

Before accepting a return on a product that isn't functioning as it should, Project 3D Printers reserves the right to exhaust any and all means to resolve and/or repair the malfunction through technical support and replacement parts provided by both the manufacturer and Project 3D Printers.  No return will be accepted without reasonable attempts to resolve the issue(s) first.  All returned products must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.

Project 3D Printers enforces a strict "No Returns Accepted" policy for opened and/or partially used products, including filament, resin, or any consumable of any size and weight that has been used or opened from its factory and vacuum seal.  Only products and consumables that are unused, and in brand new factory condition are eligible for return to the manufacturer of origin within 30 days of the purchase date.

If a product is found to be non-functional or defective, the product must be returned with its full original contents within 30 days of purchase for inspection of the non-functionality.  If the product is found to be defective or non-functional a full-refund will be given, not including return shipping at the customer's expense.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  Buyer is responsible for and pays a 20% restocking of the value of the returned item(s).  Buyer pays all shipping fees for the returned item(s). 

Customs Fees, Tariffs, Duty Fees and Import Taxes:

Only customers are responsible for their local import taxes, tariffs, duty fees and import taxes incurred during shipping.  To know about your customs import duties please contact your local customs office with this details  (HS Code :8477 Product description: 3d printer or 3d printer kit). If the tax amount is high, we can provide assistance to reduce it.

 

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The item must be in stock on the competitors website
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
  • The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
