Our aim is that customers will be fully satisfied with Gweike Cloud. We will provide 30 days Return Services (beginning the date of receiving). Within 30 days you could return or change your products for any reasons. Once we received machines, refund or change services will be provided. Returned items will be collected 25% restocking fees. Due to the terms of leasing company, leasing equipment could not be refunded.
For your convenience we advice that you could keep the original crates and the packages in case of returning. Freight and handling costs are not included in the refunds. Any non-returned accessories will not be refunded. The shipping/handling fees charged will be used as the basic of the non-refundable shipping fees. Please contact us to confirm before returning.
Beginning to Dec 1st, 2020 Gweike Cloud warrants that its products and parts including the power source would be in perfect condition in terms of materials or workmanship for 1 year. Focal lenses are warranted for 30 days. During this period, Gweike cloud will provide the free services of repairing or changing the defective parts including transporting (except for international shipping). In view of traveling and tech time, onsite repairs could be offered at a reasonable costs.
1. Only first hand distributors and/or first hand buyers of Gweike Cloud could use them.
2. According to the previous records on this site before Dec 1st, 2020, the warranty time of all CO2 laser machines is 1 year.
3. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be provided. The owners of laser machine system is responsible for any services and repairs outside the scope of this warranty.
4. This warranty only includes normal use of the laser machine. Gweike Cloud would not be responsible if any damages or defects result from:
(i) *Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or installation
(ii) Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current
(iii) Service or alter by anyone other than an authorized Gweike Cloud representatives
*Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:
(i) Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump
(ii) Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses
(iii) Failure to clean or lube guide rails using lubricant oil
(iv) Failure to remove or clean debris from collection tray
(v) Failure to properly store the laser in the appropriate environment
5. Gweike Cloud and its Authorized Service Center accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to Gweike Cloud.
6. This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related problems not purchased from Gweike Cloud.
7. Gweike Cloud is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Clients are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. Gweike Cloud is not responsible for any loss of work (“down time”) caused by a product requiring service.
8. Gweike Cloud is a support driven company. We continue to extend FREE tech support for life to the original clients. An annual fee will be charged to support resales (in the event the client resells the machine). The Warranty however is non-transferable.
9. Gweike Cloud agrees to absorb Ground Shipping Costs for Warranty Replacement Items. We offer the ability for clients to upgrade to expedited shipping for the cost difference, which will be invoiced and charged to the client prior to shipment.
10. International shipping costs and/or customs fees associated with fulfillment of Warranty Replacement Items are the responsibility of the client.
11. Gweike Cloud at its own discretion reserves the right to deny the purchase of any extended warranty.
A non-defective product may be returned to Gweike Cloud within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:
1. Gweike Cloud will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return. If the original purchase was made under a “Free Shipping” promotion then a standard $100 fee for machines will be deducted from any return in counter to that offer.
2. No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
3. All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
4. Due to the underwriters leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds for equipment leased but, can rather issue an exchange.
5. Quantity purchases of (3) three systems or more will incur a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee less any shipping or handling charges.
6. To return any product clients must email our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs we will not accept any un-approved returned shipments.
Gweike Cloud offers free lifetime tech support via Email to the original purchaser. However, after 1 years replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges. Gweike Cloud will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.
We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. Gweike Cloud guarantees you a 30-Day Return window (beginning the date of receipt) to evaluate your purchase.
Within the thirty (30) days and for any reason you may exercise your right to return or exchange your purchase. A refund or exchange will be issued once machine has been returned and all items are accounted for. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds can not be issued for leasing equipment due to leasing company terms.

Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
Please advise us the return tracking number after you return items or we can not do the refund or reshipment.

SPC LASER is not liable for problems under the following customer's subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
If the return is requested by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Cancellations & Refunds/Returns:
Before accepting a return on a product that isn't functioning as it should, Project 3D Printers reserves the right to exhaust any and all means to resolve and/or repair the malfunction through technical support and replacement parts provided by both the manufacturer and Project 3D Printers. No return will be accepted without reasonable attempts to resolve the issue(s) first. All returned products must be returned within 10 days of date of purchase.
Project 3D Printers enforces a strict "No Returns Accepted" policy for opened and/or partially used products, including filament, resin, or any consumable of any size and weight that has been used or opened from its factory and vacuum seal. Only products and consumables that are unused, and in brand new factory condition are eligible for return to the manufacturer of origin within 10 days of the purchase date.
If a product is found to be non-functional or defective, the product must be returned with its full original contents within 10 days of the delivery date for inspection of the non-functionality. If the product is found to be defective or non-functional a full-refund will be given, not including return shipping at the customer's expense.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Buyer is responsible for and pays a 20% restocking of the value of the returned item(s). Buyer pays all shipping fees for the returned item(s).
Customs Fees, Tariffs, Duty Fees and Import Taxes:
Only customers are responsible for their local import taxes, tariffs, duty fees and import taxes incurred during shipping. If the tax amount is high, we can provide assistance to reduce it.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
